Course Description: In this relaxed course will utilize various materials to create works of art that explores depth perception, juxtaposition and textures. About Mentor: An artist and visionary. Currently based in the heart of North Carolina, she pushes artistic boundaries to create her own unique style of visual art. Her work is highly sought-after and acclaimed by critics and fans across the globe. Skills Addressed: 3D Art, Utilizing Forms, Use of Color, Building Texture Course Requirements/Supplies: 18 x 24" canvas board, acrylic paints - primary colors {red, yellow, blue, black, white,} heavy aluminum foil, newspaper, fabrics containing graphics, scissors, decorative paper, adhesive gel, brushes, coated paper plates. A hard object(s). Mentor Note: Additional materials may be added on as we proceed.
